Room Booking Policy
- Guests will be able to select room types (e.g., Double/Twin/Single) during the booking process.
- Specific room numbers are not guaranteed, but we will ensure that you receive a room within the selected type or better.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please refer to our cancellation terms below:
- Free Cancellation
- Cancel your booking until 7 days before arrival for free of charge.
- 50% Charge
- Cancellations made 3 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking amount.
- 100% Charge / No-Show
- If you cancel within 24 hours of arrival or fail to show up, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
